Entry Requirements

People who have recently tested positive for Covid-19, or are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19, must not attend UK PonyCon.

We will not require evidence of vaccination, recent negative test or exemption. This is consistent with current practice at the vast majority of events, venues, and other places where people meet in England.

We do not require wearing of face masks, however you are welcome to wear one at the convention.

Attendees may wish to conduct a lateral flow test on Thursday, Friday or Saturday before the convention. If the result is positive you must not attend UK PonyCon. While free lateral flow tests have largely been withdrawn in England, these tests are still available to buy from high street pharmacies at a low cost.

The current government and World Health Organisation advice is to get vaccinated wherever possible.

Government guidance and event/hospitality industry practice changes over time and we’ll continue to monitor both. The ticket terms and conditions allow us to introduce additional entry requirements, such as requiring evidence of vaccination, negative test or exemption, should this be required or recommended by the UK government.
